The Yunnan Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project is one of the 172 major water conservancy projects required by the State Council to accelerate construction. It embodies the care of the Party Central Committee for the people of all ethnic groups in Yunnan, and is a major strategic project and ecological civilization project that effectively alleviates the shortage of water resources in the central Yunnan region and ensures the sustainable development of Yunnan's economy and society.

After winning the bid for the water diversion project in central Yunnan, China Railway Erju immediately handed over the arduous task of concrete mixing plant to Fangyuan Group, which is also the second cooperation between China Railway Erju and Fangyuan Group after several key projects, such as Guiyang South High speed Railway, Zhengzhou Jinan High speed Railway and Xizang 109 Project! Fangyuan Group once again fulfilled its mission and shipped two HZS120D container mixing plants to Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province in the shortest possible time. In just ten days, the installation and debugging work was completed and put into the project construction.

HZS120D bucket lift mixing plant is used for more than 500 sets of such projects.
