Project Overview: The Yellow River Bridge has a total length of 3916 meters. The main bridge is a double tower cable-stayed bridge with a central cable plane. The main tower is 140 meters high and adopts a steel bottle shaped reinforced concrete structure with a main span of 430 meters. It uses steel-concrete composite beams and is currently the longest span bridge of its kind on the Yellow River. The design standard is a two-way six lane expressway with a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour, which is a controlling project of the Taidong Expressway on the Guogao Qinglan Line.

Main engineering challenges solved:
1. Two bridge towers and four bridge columns, with a maximum inclination angle of 16 degrees, exceeding the national standard range. One elevator is installed on each side of the bridge columns, two of which are curved and the other two are inclined; After the closure of the two bridge columns, only two curved construction elevators will remain in operation;
2. The height of the bridge is high, and after the inclined bridge columns are closed, the bridge columns transition from a curved state to a vertical state, and the running trajectory of the construction elevator also needs to be in a curved state;
3. Whether it is a curved or inclined construction elevator, the bottom of the cage must always be kept horizontal during operation;
4. The construction of the bridge adopts the sliding mode construction method, and the cage door of the elevator must be reliably connected to the sliding mode platform. The attachment device of the elevator must exceed 5.2m.
